First apply for a customer card, then use the tickets

Pupils, trainees and volunteers can only use the BildungsTicket (subscription) and discounted weekly and (subscription) monthly tickets with a valid customer card. Apply here for a customer card. The customer card will be sent to you by e-mail after your details have been checked.
